At Diorama, we want you to love every piece of your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
